Tags & Labels

We've added the ability to tag and label users in the Footprint dashboard!

Tags are an unstructured way to organize, categorize, and add metadata about your users. You can create custom tags to suit your needs, helping you keep track of your users. Tags allow you to quickly filter and group users based on specific criteria, making it easier to manage large user bases or monitor risk patterns.

Labels, on the other hand, provide a high-level assessment of a user. They are structured, offering critical insights that help Footprint optimize its risk management systems. Each user can have one active label at a time, indicating their current standing. Labels like “Active,” “Offboard (Fraud),” or “Offboard (Other)” allow for immediate visibility into the user’s risk profile. By labeling users, you ensure that the system continues to refine and adapt to potential threats or suspicious activity.
