Easy Redo Verification and Re-collection

Whether one of your users made a typo or accidentally sent the wrong KYC or identity data, Footprint makes it easier than ever to trigger a "redo" identity verification to recollect documents or ask the user to revise their submitted information. Simply go to the user detail page in the Footprint Dashboard and click the "..." menu on the right hand-side to trigger a recollection flow. The user will be sent a link via SMS to complete the request out of band so you can easily onboard them onto your product.
