Many businesses have several Beneficial Owners — and to stay compliant and make sure you’re onboarding good actors, it’s important to verify the identities of each major Beneficial Owner. Footprint multi-person KYB flow now effortlessly will take care of this for you! Simply configure multi-person KYB in the onboarding configuration, and during the KYB flow, each additional beneficial owner will get an email to complete their KYC. Optionally, the primary beneficial owner can copy a link and send it to the additional beneficial for completion via another communication channel. Footprint abstracts the complexity of KYC’ing each beneficial owner alongside the KYB verification.
