Similar to common template languages like Jinja and Handlebars, Footprint's templates support filter functions to help transform encrypted data so you can more easily send it securely to your partners. Filter functions work both on EGRESS (transforming data as it leaves the vault) and INGRESS (secure data entering the vault via proxy).
